Drinking Water Filtration and Conditioning Systems in Pequot Lakes, MN

In order to maximize your bodies’ ability to absorb the nutrients in your food, you need to drink filtered water. Your body has to work harder to get rid of toxins when you consume unfiltered water. As a result, cells’ ability to absorb water and nutrients declines. The mineral absorption and general health benefits of drinking filtered water are enhanced.

Do you want to purify your water?

Iron removal system eliminates iron as well as manganese and sulfur from your water supply.

Water Softener Systems

A quick glance around your home will reveal any or all of the following indicators of hard water:
  • Sink, tub, and shower stains that appear rusty
  • Dishwasher water stains on plates and silverware
  • Limescale on showerheads and fixtures
  • Dry hair and skin
Hard water minerals can be removed by installing a water softening system. This is a water filter that treats water at the source. Salt-based water softeners add sodium to the water, which attracts and removes excess calcium and magnesium ions, softening the water. This will help eliminate soap scum and other water hardness mineral deposits.

Salt-Based Water Softeners

Due to the fact that salt-based water softeners remove the minerals that create hardness from the water, they outperform salt-free systems.

A salt-based system provides all of the benefits of softened water: no scale on fixtures or devices, vibrant and nourished hair and skin, spot-free meals, bright and soft clothing, and reduced soap consumption throughout the home.

Additional long-term benefits also include efficient and durable equipment, as well as reduced repair and maintenance costs.

Salt-Free Water Softeners

The primary benefit of purchasing a salt-free water softener versus a salt-based water softener is the less maintenance required. You will not require electricity to perform the cleaning cycle and will not generate waste water when removing minerals from the resin bed.

On average, a salt-free system is less expensive than a salt-based system, and installation may be performed by the homeowner with the required tools. Because you are “softening” the water using electricity and magnets, there is no extra sodium to your diet.

Iron Removal and Filtration Systems

If you notice metallic tastes, rust particles, discoloration on the bath, sink, or other plumbing fixtures, or reddish water with rotten egg smells, the chance is that your water contains iron or manganese.

Iron is a vital component for human life. Regular iron intake will keep a person strong and healthy, preventing iron deficiency diseases like anemia. Still, there is such a thing as too much good. Iron is sometimes found in water. In tiny dosages, this has no detrimental effects on the body.

Larger amounts of iron in water can cause issues. When there is a high concentration of iron in the water, an iron water removal system is going to be extremely beneficial.

Why Should You Invest in Iron Filtration System?

Iron removal from water has numerous benefits, including increased pipe and appliance longevity, higher water pressure, cleaner skin and hair, and even better-tasting coffee!
As iron residue collects in your pipes, it limits water flow. Water pressure is decreased throughout your home, resulting in unsatisfactory showers, clogged sinks and toilets, and failing appliances. By removing iron from your water, you can help maintain the integrity of your pipes and avoid low water pressure problems that not only disrupt your daily routine, but also cause damage to your plumbing and appliances.

Reverse Osmosis Systems

Point of Use Reverse Osmosis - Whole House Reverse Osmosis

By eliminating contaminants like lead, germs, and viruses, reverse osmosis water improves human health. Water that is clear of impurities such as chlorine and lead will taste better as a result of this.

Using a reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system could save you money in the long run. Buying plastic water bottles over and over again is not only bad for the environment, but it is also bad for your wallet. When it comes to saving money in the long run, a filtration system is the best option. As a bonus, the maintenance requirements of reverse osmosis water systems are low, depending on the amount of wear and tear.

Point-of-Use Reverse Osmosis Systems

Point of use RO systems are attached directly to a faucet or any other water source. These systems can remove pollutants such as nitrates and limescale to produce high-quality water that tastes wonderful.

They come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Point of use water systems are the simplest to install if you live in an apartment or condo. Installing a point-of-entry water system can be challenging if you don’t have the necessary authority or connections in place.

Point-of-Entry Reverse Osmosis Systems

Point-of-entry RO systems are placed at the point where water first enters your home. A whole-house water-treatment system is one that treats all of the water that enters the household.

They are always placed at the point where the main water line enters your house. This could take place in a bathroom or in the garage.

Benefits of Using Reverse Osmosis System

Better Tasting Food and Water

Due to the fact that reverse osmosis systems remove minerals and contaminants, many people say that their food tastes better. When untreated water is used to cook, the minerals and chemicals in it can really alter the taste of your meal. While boiling water eliminates bacteria, other contaminants remain.

RO System Will Save You Money

Significant benefit of reverse osmosis systems is their capacity to dramatically cut your living expenses. If you’re used to purchasing bottled water, you’ll be astonished at how much less expensive it is to filter your home’s water supply. These savings might range from hundreds to thousands of dollars each year, depending on how much water you use.
